Teflon Bellow Seals are designed in such a way that no metal parts are in contact with process liquid.
These are outside mounted seals. These are excessively used in corrosive applications.
TB Seals:
The rotary unit of Bellow seal consists of Collar (SS316), Set screws (SS304), Spring (Hastelloy C), Shroud in Teflon and GFT Seal Ring integral with Teflon Bellow.
TBR Seals:
TBR seals consists of a removable face, which can be replaced when worn out without replacement of Rotary Unit. The replaceable face is available in Carbon, GFT, and SiC.
Both TB and TBR are in Cartridge design as springs are not in contact with the atmosphere.
